Declaration
I declare that the particulars given above are true to the best of my knowledge and
belief
I also declare that I shall abide by the rules and regulations and the latest amendments and
decisions of the State / District Pickleball Association / AIPA/ IPF as the case may be and
cooperate with the officials in participating in State and National Tournaments / Championships
I also declare that I will not participate in any un-authorized tournament / championship not
recognised/sanctioned/authorised by AIPA/IPF
The Player hereby accepts to adhere to all AIPA Player Registration Rules attached herewith and
all relevant rules as may be amended by AIPA from time to time . Breach of any of the applicable
AIPA Rules and Regulations shall result in possible cancellation of the Players Registration and
any benefits the Player shall be entitled/credits to from AIPA as per applicable rules and
regulations
Application to be submitted along with a fee of INR 500/-
